The "A" team went on to play in a tournament in LaGrange and also place First.  They were recently honored with an invitation to participate in the Lutheran Schools' Association Illinois State Tournament held in Arlington Heights, IL.  Congratulations on an amazing season!  We are very proud of you!

At St. John's, we believe in the importance of physical activity for children.  In addition to offering physical education classes as part of our core curriculum, we believe students can also benefit from competitive athletics.  We offer basketball, track, cheerleading, and volleyball so that our students can have the opportunity to excel outside of the traditional classroom setting.  We use this opportunity to instill values of sportsmanship and the importance of living an active lifestyle.
